Do you cover my area?
We cover Portsmouth, Southampton, Havant, Chichester, Petersfield. We do cover surrounding areas so please ask if you aren't sure.
Do you do boys parties?
Yes we have two male superher's to choose from. Please feel free to message us about superhero packages we offer as we would love to make your little superheroes dreams come true.
What is the maximum number of children?
We ask no more children than 30 at an average party with one performer and a host but if there are two performers we ask no more than 35 at an absolute maximum.
What does a host do?
Your party host will do all the setting up of the package , controlling the music, setting up the games and doing any crowd control for any guests that might be a little excited. This is so that the magic of your Princess or Hero isn't taken away from the children and the Princess or Hero has simply come to play with them. This also ensures that you get to enjoy their special and see there little faces light up.
Can I Cancel my party?
We understand that sometimes parties need to be cancelled or rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances. We ask that you contact us at least 48 hours before your booking. If you cancel your booking completely you will lose your deposit, we are however happy to reschedule for free providing we have at least 48 hours’ notice.
What do I need to supply for my party?
We provide all that's needed for the entertainment part of your party. Our host will come in before the princess to set up and meet the children. We also bring a gift for the child.
If you need any recommendations for a cake supplier or ballons we can happily offer you some of our contacts.
Can we take pictures of our Princess or Hero?
Of course you can! The only thing we ask is if you photo has a child in it that is not your own child please consult the child's parents before posting it on the internet or social media.

How long in advance should I book?
We would recommend you book 3-6 months before your party at least. We may have some sooner availability but to guarantee your chosen Princess and date we would recommend at least 3 months.
What is the best time for our party?
We recommend between 11am-1pm and 3pm-5pm.
Can I choose which performer I would like?
If you would like a particular performer to be your Princess please let us know at the time of booking. We cannot guarantee any one performer on any particular date or time. We will do our best to fulfil your request but it depends largely upon their availability and area.
Do your performers wear wigs?
Most of the time a performer will wear one of our good quality wig. All performers have their own wig caps and pin curl their hair beforehand so the wigs look authentic. Please be aware of the children attending the party pulling hair and costumes of our performers.
